When connecting social media accounts, you: • Grant us permission to access and publish on your behalf • Agree to comply with each platform's terms of service • Acknowledge that platform APIs may change or become unavailable • Accept that scheduled posts may fail due to platform restrictions • Can disconnect accounts at any time through the dashboard

If you purchase a subscription: • Fees are charged according to the selected plan • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy • Prices may change with notice • Free tier users have limited features and usage

• PostWave retains all rights to the Service and its technology • You retain ownership of your original content and brand assets • AI-generated content using our Service is licensed for your use • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service • Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months • We are not responsible for third-party platform actions or outages • We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
